About the project

As part of the Más Quirófanos, Más Vida initiative, a comprehensive public campaign was launched to communicate the temporary surgery contingency plan implemented during the hospital's infrastructure upgrades. The project required designing an informative fact sheet alongside a high-impact motion graphics video—utilizing AI tools to streamline production workflows and meet exceptionally tight delivery deadlines.

The challenge

The critical challenge lay in translating complex, highly sensitive medical routing and operational changes into simple, accessible visual content for the general public. Additionally, the team had to navigate an extremely short execution window while managing frequent, high-level feedback and revisions from leadership.

Result

The resulting assets served as primary communication tools during the official press conference, successfully detailing the temporary surgical workflows to media outlets and patients. The clear visual hierarchy and rapid motion graphics strategy ensured transparent, stress-free public communication during a vital transition phase for Hospital Escuela.
